User Agreement

 

This website is owned, managed and maintained by Semitronix Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Semitronix"). (8) spreading rumors to disrupt the economic and social order;

(9) dissemination of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or abetting crime

(10) Insulting or defaming others, infringing on the reputation, privacy and other legitimate rights and interests of others;

(11) other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

4. Except for the written permission of Semitronix, you shall not engage in the following acts in the course of using the Service:

(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or impersonating or using the name of another person.

(2) Inducing other users to click on linked pages or share information.

(3) Falsifying facts or concealing the truth in order to mislead or deceive others.

(4) Infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights and trade secrets.

(5) Using Semitronix's website or services to engage in any illegal or criminal activities.

(6) Producing, publishing methods or tools related to the above acts, or operating or disseminating such methods or tools, whether or not these acts are for commercial purposes.

(7) Engage in acts that violate the laws and regulations, infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of the product or are not expressly authorized by Semitronix.

(8) Other violations of laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, the legitimate interests of citizens, public order, social morality and authenticity of information and other "seven bottom line" requirements.

5. You fully understand and agree that you shall be responsible for all your actions in the process of using Semitronix's website and services. You shall make your own judgment of the content of the Service, including the risk of illegal or improper conduct or false content from others, and you shall make your own judgment and bear all risks arising therefrom, including risks arising from reliance on the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the content. 2. Without the written permission of Semitronix, no one can copy, transmit, publish, reproduce, adapt, broadcast, compile, translate, display, mirror, upload, download or use such content in any other way. Otherwise, Semitronix will have the right to immediately terminate your use of the Service, and you must return or destroy any copies of the information created by using the Service and bear the liability for related damages as requested by Semitronix.

If you are complained of infringement or violation of laws and regulations by others or you complain of infringement or violation of laws and regulations by others, Semitronix has the right to provide the necessary information such as the subject information, contact information, complaint-related content, records in the software, etc. of the relevant parties in the dispute to the relevant parties or relevant departments in order to timely resolve the complaint dispute and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties. 2. If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its implementation, the parties shall try to resolve it through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court with jurisdiction in Hangzhou.

 

VIII. Other

1. You understand and agree that Semitronix may, at its option, notify users of modifications to the User Agreement or other important matters through website announcements, email or other means, and that Semitronix may rely on the completeness, accuracy and current validity of the contact information provided by you; said notification shall be deemed to have been delivered upon successful delivery.

2. The right to interpret the terms of this user agreement and the right to interpret this website belongs to Semitronix.
